是的，.net的跨平台特性支持交叉编译。尽管powertoys没有提供跨平台的版本，但只要将依赖dll替换为对应平台的版本，仍旧可以直接编译。

在这个分支里对依赖进行了更新，直接写入到了 csproj 中。同时试了一下看起来不需要在 arm 机器下才能编译 arm 产物？
