The Standard Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement is based on the Waypoint NDA by Kyle E. Mitchell. The latest version of the Waypoint NDA, at the time it was adpoted, has been reviwed and approved by lawyers from the United States, Canada, and the UK.
The Privacy Assuring Nondisclosure Agreement is based on the PANDA NDA by Kyle E. Mitchell.
