DRS Impression (View Download) Logging

There are two actions we currently track across core records in the repository. These are views, and downloads. Both are unique by session id. This means that a person downloading the same record a dozen times during one sit down will only register a single download impression. If that person logs out/clears their cache and comes back to the site, however, that will trigger a new count.
Views occur when:
- A user looks at the specific page for a core record.
Downloads occur when:
- An item is dl'd directly, through either the downloads button provided on search results or on the specific page of the content stream's core record.
- An item is dl'd as part of a download queue. Downloads are registered at the time the content data streams are zipped up, so users have to be pretty far along in the process before this will trigger an impression.
