When image size=4 getting

Notice: Undefined index: medium in /var/www/html/wordpress2/wp-content/plugins/drs-tk/inc/slider_shortcode.php on line 58

then no image. Other notices for other image sizes.

(while in there, rename the variable $num to something meaningful)

Size = 2 seems to be most likely to show images, at least from a limited set I'm using.
