some tiny change in ceres_adapters.php broke everything after commit ca93e hard deadline hackery
makes shortcode work with extractor: * removeVars * relabel * reorder
past are the hours / the years of our duress hopefully doesn't break anything

removes some commented-out code for ceres handlers, and deletes a pile of apparently unused cruft
