Because #294 is not likely to be fixed any time soon, either by spark or by cudf to match spark's odd behavior, we should document it it clearly.

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-32110 shows a lot of the oddness with spark. Cudf always treats 0.0 and -0.0 as the same.
