We want to make sure the logic in scripts consumes realistic resources.
Additionally to caping memory/CPU usage (tracked separately), we want to cap for how long scripts can run at the connection+script level (on a monthly basis).
A good 1st step towards this would be to surface the total monthly (rolling) run-time of a script on a given connection (cf. Figma).
