  • decide how to manage changelog and upgrade guide for Stark
  • integrate changelog and scripts to automate

Angular uses conventional-changelog: https://www.npmjs.com/package/conventional-changelog and standard-version to update the changelog: https://github.com/conventional-changelog/standard-version
