파일 업로드/생성시 hooking을 하는 함수 필요

• remote 파일서버(serviceURL)를 따로 이용할때 업로드된 파일들을 remote 파일서버에서 싱크 할수 있는 기능이 필요
• 파일서버로 분리 되어야 하는 폴더 : attach, cache, skin
• uploadAttachmentFile, uploadSkinFile, saveCacheFile 등 함수를 만들어 업로드/생성 되는 시점에 이벤트 삽입으로 cache 사용등에 일관성 유지.

* serviceURL 정리 필요. 플러그인 버튼 이미지의 경우 serviceURL일 필요가 없음.

1.9에서 FSModel 구현으로 seamless하게 대체할 수 있을 것 같습니다.

* 첨부파일 이미지 절대경로로, 경로에 serviceURL 추가 * /library/view/view.php getEntryContentView함수에 $useAbsolutePath = false -> $useAbsolutePath = true로 변경
