Yea I think it's a good idea. But I would only add it if there are more than at least 2 or 3. Otherwise we could include a more generic title such as Online Chat Platforms so that it includes Slack and Gitter, Element , etc (Would be cool if there was an IRC too)

@nibezo A little tricky to add BCI companies since that might require more maintenance. However, I think BCI companies that have at least achieved Series B funding are stable enough to put on this list. Please feel free to submit a PR with a new section on this.
