[FIX] Change html table to md format

In the documentation for 7_why_timeGPT, the table at the bottom is not rendering correctly, both in the online documentation and in Mintlify. The issue likely stems from Mintlify's inability to render HTML properly. To resolve this, I am converting the table to markdown format.
