  • When a user starts a new chat with you, you have no history with them, and you are sitting on the /chats route, it should spawn a new contact card in the contacts list
  • Teaser should be shown on one line, sanitised, and truncated if too long
  • When new messages arrive, they should replace the teaser in the contact list for that contact
