Describe the bug
When a user selects a category, a message is sent to the admin account (as intended) stating what category they selected (such as 'Poor Audio', 'Wrong Language', etc). However, if I go to review them under the tab on the side that says 'Issues', no category is shown. So for example if a user selected a category (ex. 'Wrong Language'), and didn't bother to fill out the header or message of the issue, it only notifies me of an issue with that movie, and there is nothing indicating what category they selected. If they do fill out header and message, those do appear under the details, but the selected category is still not shown. Their selected reason also does not show on the 'Details' section, the one with the movies actual description
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
A user submits an issue for a video. A movie is an easy example. They must select a category. Header and Message can be included, but aren't relevant.
Admin receives notification that will state the movie has been flagged. (If setup to receive it, which it is by default) The default notification will let the admin know what category was selected.
When the admin is logged in (really any user) to the desktop website, select the issues tab on the right.
Select the pending issues, the one just submitted should be there.
Note that there are no categories displayer here (there definitely should be).
When you select details, you will see any Header or Message that was typed in, but again, no category that the user selected.
Further more, you can select the 'View Details' to be taken to the movie's page itself, and at the bottom is the 'Issues' section. You will see essentially the same thing as the previous step, however there are no selected categories shown.
Expected behavior
-User selected categories should be shown under the 'Issues' Tab on the right in desktop mode
-User selected categories should be shown in the 'Details' section under the 'Issues' tab in desktop mode
-User selected categories should be shown under the 'Movie Page' under the 'Issues' tab at the bottom of the video description
