Currently, there is no way to communicate errors during batch jobs (except using the Subscriptions API). I think we should add a field with the error message to the job information page or return the error message when the results are requested.

Decision from the telco: Add a field to the job information page at GET /jobs/:id and mirror this information when the download is requested with GET /jobs/:id/results.
