[R] Add import in the namespace file

Add import in the namespace file to address the following message:

* checking dependencies in R code ... NOTE
Namespaces in Imports field not imported from:
  ‘R6’ ‘base64enc’ ‘httr’ ‘jsonlite’
  All declared Imports should be used.
