Video error upon loading - cannot be removed even if trimmed.

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of the issue

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Upload a video.
Video uploaded's first second will have broken audio and video won't play. If trimmed, the first second also will have video cut in and out

Expected behavior
Video should play without any issues.

Does this issue happen with this file only or other files as well? Multiple files have the issue, though it is random which ones do and do not. 4.
