This commit is used to introduce LISA to diffusion based on diffusers and accelerate. All changes can be found in experimental/LISA-diffusion.

Thanks very much for this meaningful contribution! It demonstrates that LISA can significantly improve performance in stable diffusion compared to LoRA, another strong evidence for LISA's benefits 👍
