Sea of Stars

This suite collects modding-, customization- and posing-related Dalamud plugins for FFXIV.

All contained plugins have agreed to be hosted in this collection - Sea of Stars also does not provide any plugins itself, it just provides combined access to them in form of a single Dalamud Plugin Repository.

Installing

• Enter /xlsettings in the chat window and go to the Experimental tab in the opening window.
• Skip below the DevPlugins section to the Custom Plugin Repositories section.
• Copy and paste the repo.json link into the first free text input field.

• Click on the + button and make sure the checkmark beside the new field is set afterwards.
• Click on the Save-icon in the bottom right.

Following these steps, you should be able to see all contained plugins in the Available Plugins tab in the Dalamud Plugin Installer. No Plugins will be installed, you have just made them available. You can now select which of these plugins you actually want to install.

Penumbra

• The mod loader and base for the modding ecosystem using Dalamud plugins.
• Maintained and developed mainly by Ottermandias.
• Support can be found on Penumbras Discord.

Heliosphere

• A mod archive site with accompanying plugin interfacing directly with Penumbra to make installing and updating mods easy and simple.
• Developed by Anna.
• Support can be found on Heliospheres Discord.
• This plugin requires Penumbra.

Glamourer

• A plugin to change and save character appearances, including gear and customization. It can also automatically apply saved appearances based on conditions.
• Developed by Ottermandias.
• Support can be found on Penumbras Discord.
• This plugin requires Penumbra.

Customize+

• A plugin to scale your characters body parts according to your desires.
• Maintained and developed mainly by Risa.
• Support can be found on XIVTools Discord.

SimpleHeels

• A plugin to offset and adjust your characters height according when wearing specific shoes according to their heels.
• Developed by Caraxi, inspired by LeonBlade.
• Support can be found on Caraxi's Discord.

Mare Synchronos

• A plugin to synchronize and download mods and appearances between friends automatically.
• Developed by darkarchon.
• Support can be found on Mares Discord.
• This plugin requires Penumbra and Glamourer, and interfaces with Customize+, Palette+, SimpleHeels and the Dalamud-official-repo plugin Honorific.

Ktisis

• A plugin to manipulate your character and their positioning, stance and animation while posing in GPose.
• Developed mainly by Chirp.
• Support can be found on Ktisis' Discord.

Brio

• A plugin to create additional characters and give you more options during posing in GPose.
• Maintained and developed by Minmoose, originally developed by Asgard.
• Support can be found on the XIVTools Discord.

Dynamic Bridge

• A plugin to automate certain appearance changes through rule-based presets.
• Automation options for Glamourer, Customize+ and Honorific.
• Maintained and developed by Limiana and Asuna Tsuki.
• Support can be found on the XIVTools Discord

Moodles

• Design and apply your own status effects with custom formatting, durations, and other accoutrements.
• Status effects can be synchronized via Mare Synchronos.
• Support is currently given via github issues.

Discontinued

Palette+

• A plugin to improve color customization beyond the game-provided color options.
• Developed by Chirp.
• Functionality subsumed by Glamourer.
