Extract reading files from the zip for the Xlsx Reader

Why this change is needed?

Extract reading files from the zip for the Xlsx Reader; refactoring preparatory to using the ZipReader class injected into other classes (e.g. for new Reader components like pivot tables, or a further breakdown of the large Reader class itself)
