NFS Synced Folders: get rid of requirement the private network set up #152

We should not require to configure private_network for using synced folders with type NFS. It is legacy from VirtualBox provider and in Parallels Desktop we can use an IP from Shared Network adapter.

Currently we have this message displayed:

No guest IP was given to the Vagrant core NFS helper. This is an
internal error that should be reported as a bug.

VM options work only if Parallels Tools installed in the guest. So, we should to use universal
approach to support NFS in such guests as CoreOS, FreeBSD, OmniOS and so on.
