Task 1: Configuration in the env: OPENDSU_ENABLE_DEBUG (a booolean)
Task 2: When OPENDSU_ENABLE_DEBUG is false then TRACE, DEBUG entries will not be generated
Task 3: TRACE logs will print the stack
Task 4: Replace TRACE with DEBUG in APIHub
