Renommer le module CONTACT en OCCTAX #277

Le fait de le nommer CONTACT apporte beaucoup d’ambiguïté sur le positionnement du contact (outil, modèle BDD, protocole, jeu de données?).

Hors ce module correspond au standard Occurrence de taxons donc pour clarifier on propose de le renommer OCCTAX.

Fait au niveau de l'interface, reste à le faire au niveau du code source, dans les modules, les SQL, la BDD etc...
