Some Go straight instructions in OSRM are misleading and could lead to missing turns or off-ramp maneuvers:

Closing here as:

the first scenario is fixed as a data issue
the second scenario is fixed by Use links with lower priority in the motorway handler #4877
the third scenario is not an issue
the fourth scenario is related to the obvious turn detection and will be fixed in Obvious Turn Handling, code transfer from #4426 #4867
