Apparently the Doxygen version on Murdock does not like links in titles, so I fixed the maintainers list (in #21062 as well) to put the Github profile link within the body of the text. |

Contribution description
There are some (even outdated) links to the wiki from our MAINTAINING.md. This fixes that.
Testing procedure
Read. Some links might not work yet, as they require
doc.riot-os.orgto be rendered in master. Just confirm that the.htmlname is the same as in the Murdock preview.Issues/PRs references
