Changes

• Reduced app size by removing useless files on build.
• Fixed some problem with newest Win 10 versions.
  (sorry, it causes 50% cpu usage for a sec every 5 sec because windows powershell sucks, tho i dont see any performance degrading at all)
• Refactored context menu.

• Added notifications (works only with installer version, not portable).
• Avatar Icon is back for users who used rblxcord previously (v < 2).
