- Rename test namespace "drenv-addon-cephfs" to "rook-cephfs-test"
- Rename rook-cephfs storage classes from "rook-ceph-test-fs{N}" to "rook-cephfs-fs{N}" for consistency with "rook-ceph-block"

I will need to change the storageClass name here as well: RamenDR/ocm-ramen-samples#64 . I will do it once this PR is merged. |
Use the same format used in other addons "{addon}-test" for consistency.
