feat(YouTube): Hide player overlay that appears after double tapping to skip forward/backwards

Hides the dark filter layer from the player's background. (I mean the darkness of video on douple tap to seek for example 10 seconds)

Motivation

It is better as when you use double tap to seek feature, the video doesn't get darker

Have you tried applying the remove player controls background patch?

Yes i have tried but what I mean is when i double tap to seek there is a bit darkening of the video .. this is a video of what I mean

Is this now implemented with "player overlay opacity" set to zero?

No it still the same as video i had posted in the issue template
