Changes/Fixes
- Vendors in buy mode no longer require permits.
- Added new commands to give, claim, and unclaim permits.
- Added a creative tab.
Known Issues
- Switching vendor modes can be glitchy. I'm not sure if this is Permitted's fault.
Workaround: Exit the vendor menu right after changing the mode, and then re-open it.
