AsusFX504 - 0.9.7

News / Fixes:

• Updated my personal Laptop to Sonoma 14.2.0
• Updated all config.plist parameters for OC 0.9.7, all OpenCore files and Kexts are also updated.
• Removed enable-backlight-registers-fix property from iGPU because now its no longer working, replaced with enable-backlight-registers-alternative-fix see more: https://github.com/acidanthera/WhateverGreen#intel-hd-graphics
• Small improvements and overall taken care of every detail of the EFI.

Be aware:

• Right now this EFI is using AirportItlwm-Sonoma-v2.3.0-DEBUG-alpha-ff1138b.zip the fact that its using Alpha software means that it might have some issues unresolved, but nothing "Stable" is provided for Sonoma yet.

Known Issues:

• HDMI is not working on this Release, it might be that this fix (agdpmod | Data | 76697439363936 source reddit: is no longer working, i need help again).

Know Issues:

• When finalizing boot, backlight goes off for some reason, I don't know how to fix this, but, a solution can be:
  Press fn + f11 and it goes on sleep, then press any key to power up again.
  You can also wait 2 minutes and the backlight starts working again.🤯
  If you find a solution to this, please do a "Pull request".

• Audio on jack 3.5mm can be a little buggy, (a fix a can be to adjust the frequencies/volume from the native Apple Audio MIDI.app)
• HDMI have issues with some resolutions, I don't know how to fix them.

Fixes:

• Updated all kexts and boot files to latest versions.
• Updated the config.plist.
• Added GUI to Boot Menu from OpenCore.
• Switched from itlwm.kext combined with HeliPort.app to AirportItlwm.kext force loading IO80211Family.kext from System/Library/Extensions/IO80211Family.kext
  This brings better stability, quick connection to a network and native WiFi control, some Continuity Features still not working, but overall its better.
• In some cases stand-by was not working, but now its fixed.

Know Issues:

• With the normal Release Boot Picker its bugged, so you can disable it or use the debug version
• Audio on jack 3.5mm its a little buggy, (a fix a can be to adjust the frequencies/volume from the native Apple Audio MIDI.app)
• HDMI have issues with non standard resolution displays (ex.1080p its standard, 3600x2600 its not)

• Updated my personal Laptop to Ventura 13.0
• Updated all config.plist parameters for OC 0.8.6, all OpenCore files and Kexts are also updated.
• Removed SSDT-dGPU-Off.aml because its already doing the same on config.plist > DeviceProperties > PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) > disable-external-gpu.
• Used the new method of getting Bluetooth to work, should be better than before.
• Removed SUPPORT DEBUG versions of EFI.

Be aware:
