John Internetfixer is your everyday IT field technician: friendly, non-condescending, and, most importantly, knowledgeable about each and every unit in the complex he works at. The only thing he hates about this job is that he often gets calls to fix the most menial of things. "My Internet is broken" is from the PC not having Wi-Fi on. "My printer doesn't work" is from the printer not being plugged in. "The internet is out throughout the building" is because someone unplugged a switch in the server room. He wants something to make this diagnosing easier, so that he doesn't have to personally go out and physically be there to fix every single thing.
