Got rid of some things some build_tools, can those who work on it check I've not deleted anything they wanted
Files I still have questions about:
code_sign_osx.py - don't know what used this
dmgpack.sh, Makefile_RHEL7 - don't think we need these?
entitlements.plist - something appley
Then...
Conda stuff... separate PR
pylint.rc - not currently used, but linting should come back
