Correct the help message of scoop cat

• Relates to scoop cat doesn't use bat #4905

How Has This Been Tested?

❯ scoop help cat
Usage: scoop cat <app>

Show content of specified manifest.
If configured, `bat` will be used to pretty-print the JSON.
See `cat_style` in `scoop help config` for further information.
