- MOTR RPC MSG SIZE  and QUEUE LENGTH values are changed for confd containers
- reduced the formula and having static condition to update the values

  • K8s deployment crashed due to OOM on confd containers

  • Fixing the RPC MSG SIZE and RPC QUEUE LENGTH to minimum value.
