Extra features:

AMD GOP driver for ARM64 included
PCIE mmio64 regions extended to 8GiB
Extra device configuration menu added for disabling ECAM workaround (MacchiatoBin only) - useful for booting FreeBSD (it implements the necessary quirk for ACPI) or when using endpoints that are capable of proper CFG0 filtering.
