I had installed the dotnet dotnet-runtime and dotnet-sdk packages on Artix Linux and installing gave me an dotnet no frameworks were found error, I then installed aspnet-runtime package and it worked.

dotnet-sdk-7.0 is all you should need - it implicitly includes all other components (unless there's something weird about the packages on Artix?)

There seems to be the same issue on endavouros - I needed to install the aspnet-runtime package to run.
