Locale & Date python with Supervisord

I use Supervisor to run a Python program. So far, so good, it works.
Except that, this gives me a date in EN instead of FR
I tried variables, local ones but I don't see how to do it.

Please note that via SystemCTL, I have my date in FR with the same bot.
