Let's think about adding an (maybe optional to not introduce a forced change, maybe not?) a11y snapshot per default

Adds check if a11y snapshots are run in hosting application

Otheriwse it'd throw an error from `AccessibilitySnapshots` which can be hard to detect in the CI.

I updated it with a check to only execute a11y snapshots from a hosting application as AccessibilitySnapshots rely on it. Take this as a proposal, we're thinking about doing something similar in our projects, but need to adjust the setup before and might to do it differently than implemented here.
