Realtime Bitcoin transaction visualizer written in HTML/Javascript. See and hear new transactions, trades and blocks as they propagate through the Bitcoin Network.
Listen To Bitcoin uses these libraries:
- Sound Buzz by Jay Salvat
- Reconnecting-Websocket by Joe Walnes
- Minify (for minifying Javascript)
Listen To Bitcoin uses these APIs:
- Blockchain.info WebSocket API (For Transactions)
- Mt.Gox Socket.io API (For Trades)
Minify will compress all of the javascript files (currently 11) into a single .js on the fly, reducing script load times from the web.
In the main branch, look for this comment in the <head>
of index.html. This section includes the (currently 11) Javascript source files.
<!-- Un-minified Javascript -->
To invoke minify (which requires a PHP server), comment those scripts out and comment this script in:
<!-- Minified Javascript -->
