Description
this is the absolute LOWEST priority until plugins are added into tagstudio.
for plugins that use a tagstudio library to tag things that aren't files (i.e. an extension to a web browser that tags bookmarks), a new type of entry that is specifically not related to a file on disk would be helpful. this would allow core tagstudio to implement the minimum amount of things necessary for any plugin, while also allowing the plugins to have a high degree of control over the entries they manage.
