Add Shadcn Tailwind v4 Basic Example

Is this in collaboration with @sadmann7? He's working on a kitchen sink shadcn template, but a basic one will also be great too.

@KevinVandy I wasn't aware he was working a larger shadcn example, that's great! I wasn't able to find it in progress however.

I'm definitely in favor of more examples, it would be cool to see more complicated data table setup examples like you can see on the shadcn website for sidebar blocks
