Snippet suggestions appear twice when using TerosHDL with VHDL-LS extension

Describe the bug
When using the VHDL-LS extension along with TerosHDL, snippet suggestions appear twice, even when VHDL-LS has been disabled from the TerosHDL settings menu. See screenshot.

Additional context
I like to use VHDL-LS separately from TerosHDL because I prefer using vhdl_ls.toml over TerosHDL projects. The suggestions appearing twice isn't a big deal, just more of a minor annoyance.
