Create Wrapper class for managing slave instances #1

The wrapper should be able to:

Use the configuration provided by the configuration class to initialize the modules
Start each bot in a seperate thread and store the thread object/info in memory
Accept message (commands) from the running modules and take apropiet action
Run a heartbeat check every so often and report back if a module is reporting issues
Make soup (optional)
