ALAMODE_tools

Overview

supercell.py is a script to generate supercell data file of OpenMX.
gnuband.py is a script to generate band data for gnuplot and gnuplot script by using another band data generated by ALAMODE.
extract_pattern.py is a script to generate pattern file to calculate atomic forces in displacement patterns which the cutoff radius is in the range of r1(file1) and r2(file2)
