.net7.0 non-standalone build on Linux produces a not working program #86

As the Github actions uses a Linux to do the builds, I will rollback to .net6.0 for the current release until it gets fixed.

After more investigation, I found out that the latest SDK compiling for .net6.0 was working, but not for .net7.0. Wait and see...

The nuget package System.CommandLine does not work for any SDKs newer than .net6.0. I think we need to wait for that package to release a new version. (It is still in active development, but hasn't made any releases or pre-releases in a long time.)

hi, can you make it copy converted subtitle *.ass to the genshin data subtitle folder before do cleanup? so that it doesnt need to reconvert subtitle again if rerun demux or batch demux
