Improve branding on docs page #53

The documentation page should have a

  • university of utah
  • visualization design lab
  • nsf logo

on each page in the footer.

The about page should also mention SCI and Kahlert School of Computing.

Things look a little unbalanced? The U logo appears bigger than the VDL logo and the NSF logo appears largest.

I'd do VDL, Utah, NSF as order and adjust sizes so that they appear similar. Note that appearance might not be actual pixel size.

We don't have a dark theme logo, unfortunately.
