Leaving this open and not merging it yet, because this change does something unexpected to the links in the list of tables. In the guide.pdf produced with this change, Table 1: Shapes (in the LoT) points at the (unnumbered) Change History. The Table 2 link works as expected. It's better for the tables to have weird numbers than for links to be wonky. |
