v1.7.0
Changes since v1.6.0:
- Instead of an EXE that extracts itself into your temporary files folder each time it runs, TurboWarp Packager Extras is now a zip that you extract once yourself. This makes antivirus software less suspicious.
- We stopped compressing libraries used by Packager Extras. This means the app will be measurably larger, but antivirus software have less trouble figuring out that the code is all safe.
- The update checker now uses a request to
packager.turbowarp.org
instead ofraw.githubusercontent.com
.
To use it: Download "turbowarp-packager-extras-1.7.0.zip" in the "Assets" section below, extract it, then run the "turbowarp-packager-extras.exe" inside (don't delete the "_internal" folder!). Then select an Electron or NW.js zip file generated by the TurboWarp Packager.
Privacy notice: The app may make a single anonymous request to check for updates.
If you see a Windows SmartScreen warning: Press "More info" then "Run anyways"
As always, report bugs on GitHub or on Scratch.
