Hachimi config

A default config file for Hachimi, set up with UmaTL's repo.

It should overwrite the config.json file in the hachimi folder found in your game install folder (where umamusume.exe is, something like C:\DMMGames\Umamusume\hachimi).
If you're already using Hachimi and don't want to lose your current config, follow the manual steps below up to step 2.

You can also make the necessary changes manually instead:

1. Open the config.json file found in the hachimi folder in a text editor.
2. Change the link in "translation_repo_index" to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/UmaTL/hachimi-tl-en/release/index.json
3. Change the "localized_data_dir" from null to localized_data.
