In CMake logically ON, YES, TRUE, 1 are equivalent. But many CMake editors won't syntax highlight a lower-case "yes", and CMake-gui will change OPTION or CACHE BOOL values to ON, creating unnecessary changes to CMakeCache.txt. Also indent an MSVC if/then block.
