RASTER Music Tracker is now open source!

Changes in RMT 1.34.00

RASTER MUSIC TRACKER is now Open Source! Thanks to everyone who made this possible!
Rewrote all of the RMT Export code, for proper SAP-R and LZSS export formats support
Fixed a lot of bugs missed in the previous release
Cleaned up all the code in a really aggressive way, making things much easier to follow without commented-out blocks everywhere.
Finished translating ALL of the RMT code, so now all comments/reference are available in English.
Re-structured the entire codebase as a side effect of the sources becoming available to the public.
Removed most of the unused code unless it may have use in the future.
VinsCool is now clinically insane (just kidding!).
This release was a LOT of work, you have no idea how many nights I spent sleep deprived for making it as good as it could be!
